Your entire training experience is delivered through our custom coaching app. With help from Coach Joe, you’ll choose the program that best fits your needs. Each exercise includes tutorial videos and is fully scalable—so you can train at your current level, challenge yourself safely, gain athleticism and stay pain-free. Every day, Coach Joe guides you through your workout. You complete the exercises and send in form videos for review. Coach Joe gives feedback and makes sure you're doing everything correctly, adjusting as needed to keep you progressing. You’ll have regular back-and-forth chats with Coach Joe and can message him anytime—24/7—with guaranteed replies in under 24 hours. You’re not doing this alone. You can start without equipment or use simple items you already have at home—like chairs, stairs, or perhaps some light dumbbells. As you get stronger, you may eventually need access to heavier weights, which you can find at a local gym. But for most people, that’s only needed later in the program.
Absolutely. This program is designed to be used fully on its own or complement whatever you're already doing—whether it’s basketball, soccer, rugby, football, martial arts, body building, solo or team training. Sessions take just 20–30 minutes and fill in the missing links to help you get even more out of your current training. Most programs are 2 to 3 days per week, and you can schedule them on any days that work best for you. we also offer options ranging from 2-day to 7-day programs and longer training sessions, depending on your goals and availability.
The program costs $28 CAD per month. It's a monthly recurring subscription service which you may cancel at ANY time, and still get your full month of service.

You may cancel at any time. Regardless of when you cancel, you will still receive service for the entire month that you paid for. To cancel your membership, go to www.jumpstrength.com, log in as a member, select Account > Cancel. You may also write to [email protected], and we will be happy to cancel your membership and email you a confirmation. We make it easy to pause, cancel, or reactivate your membership at any time.

Yes! Young athletes can absolutely benefit from the Jump Strength program. The minimum age to join is 18, but with parental consent, anyone under 18 can sign up. You'll see the option to provide consent during the sign-up process if you're registering your child.
